1. Who we are

DH Prompts operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described below.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address. We use passwordless sign-in, so we never store a password.
• Order data: plan, amount, status and the reference IDs returned by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number or bank login.
• Session data: sign-in sessions with timestamps, used to keep you signed in and to limit simultaneous sessions.
• Security signals: the result of the Cloudflare Turnstile check on sign-in and basic request logs.

3. How we use it

• To sign you in and give you access to the library you paid for.
• To process payments and confirm your plan.
• To send transactional emails, such as your sign-in link.
• To prevent fraud, account sharing and abuse, including tracing leaked prompts through watermarks.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as far as needed: PayOS and our card payment provider (payments), Resend (sign-in emails) and Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection). We also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use only what the site needs to work: a sign-in session and your language preference stored in your browser. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, sign-in links are single-use and expire quickly, payment notifications are verified by signature, and access to member data is restricted to the site administrator.

7. Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active, and order records for as long as accounting rules require.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@dh-studio.tech from your account address. We process deletion requests within 7 business days.
