1. The service

DH Prompts provides a curated library of production-ready master prompts for AI video tools, including parameter schemas and reference material. Content is available online only, to signed-in members with an active plan.

2. Plans and payment

• Plans last 1, 3 or 12 months and are paid up front in a single payment (VietQR via PayOS, or card).
• Plans do not renew automatically. Access starts when payment is confirmed and ends when the paid period ends.
• Prices are shown at checkout. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Your licence and acceptable use

With an active plan you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts to create your own content, including commercial content. You agree not to:

• resell, republish or share the prompts, in whole or in part, outside your own projects;
• share your login, or let others use your account (the number of simultaneous sessions is limited);
• scrape, bulk-download or otherwise copy the library with automated tools;
• try to remove or defeat the invisible watermarks embedded in prompts.

4. Watermarking and enforcement

Prompts delivered to your account carry an invisible mark that identifies the account. If prompts leak, this lets us trace the source. Breaking section 3 may lead to immediate suspension or termination without a refund.

5. Intellectual property

The prompts, schemas, images, branding and website content belong to DH Prompts. Videos, images and other work you create with the prompts belong to you.

6. Disclaimer

Prompts are provided "as is". AI models change and results vary, so we cannot promise any particular output, view count or income. Third-party AI platforms are outside our control and may change or stop working at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes fall under the competent courts of Vietnam.
